General Shipping Policies:
Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed, no matter which shipping tier you opt for, as I pack all orders by myself with great care. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking information to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure to double check the email you have entered before checking out as this is my only means of contacting you.
There are 4 tiers of shipping available for you to choose between at checkout: standard, insured standard, priority, and express. Each tier has its own estimated delivery time and price. Please note that delivery estimations are not guarantees. Due to COVID-19 there have been many supply chain issues that have caused USPS to have delays.
**Please note that all standard orders do not come with insurance. All other tiers of shipping come with insurance. I highly recommend opting for the insured standard tier at least, as in the event your package gets lost or damaged in transit you will be able to file a claim with USPS to get reimbursed!
I am not responsible for packages after an order is placed and a tracking number is provided to the email submitted at checkout.
International (non USA) Orders:
International shipping is currently available to Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UK, the Philippines, and all countries in the EU.
If you live somewhere else and would like me to set up shipping to your country please let me know by filling out the form under the "Contact" tab or emailing me directly over at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy
Due to COVID-19 I will not be accepting returns or exchanges. However, if your order is returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout, you are responsible for postage costs to re-send the order to the correct address.
If you would like to make a cancellation you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. You can either fill out the form in the "Contact" page or email me directly at email@example.com. Either way, be sure to include your name, email address, order number, and a message stating you would like to cancel your order. Please allow 7 days for funds to be refunded to the form of payment you used at checkout.
After 24 hours have passed since you placed your order I accept refunds on a case by case basis, but typically only if your order arrives damaged. If your order does arrive damaged please email photographic evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If your order gets damaged after arrival please fill out the contact form or email me as well! I would be happy to repair it so long as you pay shipping costs.
